Terms, Conditions and Cancellations 
 

Square Marshmallows courses are very popular and there are a limited number of spaces for anything that we offer in order to give a more needs based tailored approach.

We recommend you take out your own insurance in case you have to cancel through illness or unforeseen circumstances. 

If you have to cancel, let us know as soon as possible: cancellation charges are dependent on how far we know in advance of the course.

Booking;

We require full payment for any of the courses no later than 2 weeks before the start date to confirm your place. Your place will be lost if you fail to make payment within the timescale.

Cancellations and Postponement;

You must cancel a booking no later than 2 weeks before the course, for which you have been booked to qualify for a refund.

If you cancel with less than 2 weeks’ notice, your payment will not be refunded.

You can request to postpone your attendance on the course, however if you make this request with less than 2 weeks’ notice your payment will not be refunded, postponement is subject to availability and there will be an admin fee of £20.

Deferring from the course;

A deferral is when a participant is unable to complete the course they have already started, yet, due unforeseen circumstances, need to pause their learning and wish to continue at a later date.  Deferrals need to be requested by participant ASAP; a maximum of one week after missing a teaching session, by emailing info@square-marshmallows.com with a reason given.   Deferrals to other courses are dependent on availability.

 

If we have to cancel;

In the very unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, your fee will be refunded in full.  Every endeavour will be made to inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. 

In the event that we have to cancel a session or sessions, every effort will be made to either book another course or reschedule that session or remaining sessions or a refund of the remaining sessions will be paid on a pro rota basis. For example, if booked on a 4-week course and the last two sessions need to be cancelled, half the total booking fee will be refunded or rescheduled.
