This relaxed, informative, engaging and enlightening set of sessions (4) have been carefully designed to share tools and information about mindfulness and compassion that can better support emotional wellbeing and resilience. Each session will help you understand more about stress and how it affects the body and mind and how you can develop the necessary resources to embrace mindfulness and compassion within everyday life. Session 1 - Exploring Mindfulness and Compassion Session 2 - Cultivating Emotional Intelligence / Emotional Agility Session 3 - Developing Resilience Session 4 - Feeling Resourced and Connected Course Format: The online course consists of four, two-hour sessions. Course Materials: A electronic course workbook covering the theory of each session and access to guided home meditations to practice in your own time. Your course teacher will be available for any questions that come up between the sessions email: info@squaremarshmallows.com Further Course Information: This course will be held live online via Google Meet allowing you to join in the comfort of your home. The teacher and participants will be live and visible. There will be group and one-to-one interaction as you would expect in a traditional learning environment. Participants will receive additional details a few days before the first session. This course is not offered as a treatment for any specific psychological or physical conditions. As part of the booking process participants are required to complete a personal history questionnaire, and a follow-up call may be arranged.
